Welcome to MIGGY (operated by Miggy’s World LLC, a Florida-based company). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.getmiggy.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it, including our product CanineCell+ (the “Product”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any MIGGY product.

The Site and all content, materials, and products are owned and operated by Miggy’s World LLC (“MIGGY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

CanineCell+ is a nutritional supplement formulated for dogs, designed to support general wellness and longevity.

3. Orders and Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or price at any time without notice.
By submitting an order, you authorize MIGGY and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount, including shipping and taxes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via standard delivery carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
MIGGY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once in the possession of the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to product safety and handling regulations, we only accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getmiggy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
6. Subscriptions
If you enroll in a subscription plan (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”), your payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date by logging into your account or contacting us at support@getmiggy.com.
No cancellation fees apply, but orders already processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

All content on this Site — including text, product names, designs, graphics, and logos — is the property of Miggy’s World LLC and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without prior written consent from MIGGY.
